Biro 346 Series, Meat Mincer/Grinder is a compact manual feed mincer/grinder that is well suited for today's smaller meat rooms.

FINISH: Case mirror finish stainless steel; certain other components are not stainless steel.

CAPACITY: Fresh Product 1/8 inch plate, 25 lbs (11kg) to 40 lbs (18kg) per minute depending on product temperature product grade and knife and plate sharpness.

FEED PAN & GUARD: Removable stainless steel High Back Pan standard, Left hand feed standard. Right hand feed available. Pan size 45" (1143mm)  L x 24" (610mm)W X 7" (176mm) deep (rear) x 4" (102mm) deep (front). Stainless steel pan guard standard.

MOTOR CONTROLLER: Waterproof enclosure magnetic thermal overload type automatic resetting switch controlled by a rocker rod arrangement projecting outside both sides of machine. Activated by switch rod. handle.

TRANSMISSION: BIRO designed pre-lubricated chain drive.

BEARING HOUSING BIRO designed and manufactured pre-greased journal box with deep tapered thrust bearings. Both ends of journal box are sealed with double lipped seals.

GRINDING BOWL: Heavy tinned cast iron cylinder bowl, straight feed sides. Accepts size 32, (100mm) plates and knives. Ring and worm heavy tinned cast iron. Stainless steel bow ring and worm available at extra cost.

SAFETY SYSTEM: Electrical interlock switch prevents operation when feed pan is removed.

LEGS: 11" (280mm) legs standard longer legs available at no additional cost.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Stomper splash shield and cast iron bow assembly.

NET EXTRA EQUIPMENT: Knives and plates, electrical cord pre-wired, all stainless steel grinding bowl assembly, longer legs.
