The BIRO PC 109 can slice up to 180 slices per minute of meat product. This will raise your meat processing to a new level of productivity to help you lower labor costs and insrease profits. The specially curved blade slices the meat product instead of tearing it to increase your shelf life and reduse shrink and waste.
