Berkel Model 800E series slicers are entry level slicers for the customer who is on a limited budget but looking for solid slicing performance. They have anodized aluminum bases with out time proven hollow ground knife. Sharpeners are top mounted for easy sharpening. The permanent ring guard and removable center plate make clean up a breeze.
