Belshaw 618L Floor Model Electric Fryer

Belshaw 618 L 18” X 26” Standard Electric Donut Fryer, Belshaw’s floor model electric fryers produce high quality donuts with low operating costs.  The heavy duty elements and other components are designed to give years of service.  All fryers easily accommodate accessories such as Belshaw’s Type B and Type F depositors, submergers, and a choice of standard or EZ Melt shortening filters.  Power configurations are available for most international voltages
CONSTRUCTION
Stainless steel kettle, cabinet and drain tray. Adjustable bolt-down legs. Drain tray opens left or right (specify at time of purchase).
ELEMENTS
Heavy duty elements tilt upwards for easy kettle cleanup. Dial thermostat.
SCREENS
2 nickel-plated donut frying screens with bolt-on heat dissipating handles. Alternatively, specify removable handles to allow screens to go into proofer.
OPTIONS
Submerger 
Screen cradle (- use screens without the need for handles) Belshaw Type B or Type F cake donut depositors.
FILTER
Compatible with SF18 Filter(filters and pumps back) and EZMelt 18Melter-Filter. Fryer has exterior drain valve control. (Sold Separately)
