Ordering and Products:

 

There is a $40 minimum order requirement (excluding shipping and applicable sales tax).  In addition, some items may require a minimum quantity for ordering that could exceed the minimum $40 ordering requirement. 
 
We make every effort to maintain competitive pricing and update our website on a regular basis to maintain current pricing.  We offer a wide variety of products from many different manufacturers and prices are subject to change without notice.  If for any reason there is an unpublished price change, we will contact you immediately.
  
We only post a fraction of the items we carry.  If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please call us at 770.922.8577 (Local Atlanta) or 877.938.2299 (Toll Free) and we will make every attempt to help you locate what you are looking for! 
 
Shipping Policy:

 

We are a U.S. based company.  Due to warranty, cost, and efficiency limitations we ONLY ship products inside the United States.

 

Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (allow additional 3-5 days for days in transit).  However, some items depending on inventory or production requirements may take as long as 4 – 8 weeksMany items we sell are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Each manufacturer maintains its own inventory and shipping policies.  We work closely with each factory to make every effort to ensure your order is received in a timely manner.  Please call our office if you have any specific delivery scheduling needs.

 

**Free Shipping offers include standard ground or freight services inside the U.S. (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) and available to commercial addresses only.  Deliveries to residential areas, facilities that do not have loading docks, or any other special delivery requests will incur additional freight charges.
 
The shopping cart calculates standard ground shipping charges.  If your order requires special handling (e.g. lift gate, residential delivery, excessive weight, multiple shipments) additional shipping charges may apply.  We will contact you if your order meets any special handling requirements.  You will be obligated to pay the additional shipping charges before your order can be released.

 

If you need to overnight your order, please call us at 877.938.2299 for express shipping requests.

 
 Returns:

 

All returns require pre-authorization by contacting our office at 877.938.2299 Monday – Friday 9am–5pm EST.  You will be assigned an RMA number and your product must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and within 30 days from receipt of the product. 

 

You will receive a refund when your return is accepted and received by our warehouse.  There is a 25% restocking charge on returns for most orders with a $25 minimum charge (excluding shipping charges).  Please do NOT return merchandise without authorization.  Your unauthorized return may be refused by the warehouse and no longer eligible for a refund.   

 

If you would like to cancel an order for 100% refund, please call us immediately at 877.938.2299 for a cancellation ID.  Most cancellations can be made within 24 hours (1 business day).  Once the order process has begun, cancellation will be regarded as a return and all return policies will apply.

 
Return Exceptions:

 

  • Special and/or custom orders are non-refundable (including but not limited to custom walk-in coolers/freezers and ventilation hoods)
  • Shipping/Handling Charges are non-refundable.
  • All Sales $50 or less are FINAL and non-refundable.
  • CONTACT OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY at 877.938.2299 if your order is DAMAGED during shipping.

   

Payments:

 

All orders require payment in FULL prior to fulfillment.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal through the shopping cart.  You can select to ‘send your payment’ via cashier’s check, money order and bank check.  Funds will be verified and must be drawn on a U.S. Bank before your order can be released for shipment.
